The free airport shuttle was convenient. It saved me the hassle of finding transportation. The staff quickly arranged the shuttle after my call upon arrival. My room was ready and clean. Dinner at the restaurant was good. The pisco sour was a nice welcome drink.

The free shuttle service was super. I prebooked it, and it worked perfectly! the rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds. the staff at the restaurant offered excellent service, providing delicious omelets and great coffee even when we were late for the buffet.

The bathroom wasn't great. the showerhead sprayed water everywhere, and the sink drained slowly. also, the noise level was unacceptable. i could hear everything from the hallway. The doors slamming, conversations, and housekeeping early in the morning really disturbed my sleep.

I appreciate the proximity to the airport. The free shuttle made travel easy. The hotel offers a pleasant garden to relax before my flight. I did have a enjoyable dinner and breakfast at the restaurant.
I noticed the ventilation system created substantial noise, affecting sleep quality even with earplugs.
